❓ What is ActionDoll?

ActionDoll is a unique gift where you are the action figure! We create a realistic, hand-painted, 3D printed figure of you or your loved ones, with personalized accessories, in a spectacular blister packaging.

❓ How is the figure made?

We model the figure using AI based on your uploaded photo, then:

- We make it by 3D printing in our own workshop in Budapest.

- We paint every piece by hand.

- The packaging is also unique, made with printed cardboard and blister.

❓ What photo should I upload?

The more detailed, the better!

Recommended:

Front view, full-length photo in good lighting conditions.

A serious or characteristic facial expression.

If you want a special outfit/accessory, you can have that too.

❓ What size is the figure?

It is made in the classic 1:12 scale (approximately 14–15 cm tall) to fit the collector's action figure standard.

❓ What accessories can be added to the figure?

The accessories are completely customizable, but examples include:

Bag, sunglasses, watch, phone, laptop, car model, pet, tools, book, microphone, DJ booth, etc.

❓ How long will it take for my order to be completed?

Production time is usually 10-14 business days, as each piece is individually handmade. During special periods (holidays) this may be longer.

❓ How much does a figure cost?

You can find the current prices on the product page. The price includes:

3D modeling

Printing and dyeing

The accessories

The blister packaging

❓ What payment methods are available?

Currently, credit card payment is available in our webshop, which you can make through a secure online payment system. This allows for fast, convenient and immediate ordering.

❓ Is cash on delivery available?

Cash on delivery is not available , as each figure is made to order . We will only start production after payment has been received. Thank you for your understanding!

❓ How much does shipping cost?

The shipping fee is 990 - 1990 HUF within Hungary. We provide free shipping for orders over 25,000 HUF. We also offer shipping within the EU upon prior arrangement.

❓ What if I'm not satisfied?

Each figure is made individually based on the uploaded photo, so it is non-refundable – but we check every order with a preview. If there is a mistake, we will of course fix it.
